If you can disable everything, install DarnUI (BTW, you need a patch for MCM with Darn, Darnified MCM, something like that), get your font issues fixed, then your UI elements one at a time, testing each, and finally MCM (and aforementioned patch), it will probably all "just work". It started after I got the gray out bug for MCM and when I download the fix it still didn't work. I used loot and loot says its all ok but I still get crashes. after installing MCM my game crashes after naming my character, and everytime I have tried to load the game it work still. It's outdated and old stuff being downloaded, compatability problems and plugin sorting that are almost ALWAYS the problem. The Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) is a completely separate mod from DarnUI. I don't think i have EVER installed things ina certain order when modding my NV. and honestly that last 2 things i can even think of as 'top of my head' things that will fix this is, un-install the damn thing, do all the things above, then install it again.
If anything need compatabilty patches for any mods so major conflicts aren't happening do a fast double check on that too.
Double check it all for the latest versiona nd that it's installed properly. double check (IF YOU DO) any ENB's or extra stuff that NMM doesnt managae.
